Hilliana Tower to Be Delivered in the Third Quarter of 2015

Hilliana Residential Tower Abyaar Real Estate Development Company is in the process of finalizing Hilliana Tower. The anticipated tower is located at the heart of Acacia Avenues Project, in Jumeirah, Al Sufouh, Dubai. Reaching a height of 104 meters and providing 28 residential stories with a magnificent view. 

In this regard, the officials at the company stated: “Currently the main focus is directed towards finalizing Hilliana Tower. The facade of the tower was successfully finalized during this year. The internal construction work is near completion. And, the overall construction work of Hilliana is in the final stages of completion. Also, it is notable that the residential units of the tower were sold entirely within a short period of time.”

The officials then elaborated: we are looking forward to the completion and delivery of the residential units of Hilliana. Where it is expected to be in the third quarter of 2015. This in return will enable clients to enjoy the distinctive facilities, qualitative services, and the extraordinary view of the units.

The officials also pointed out that Hilliana Tower is considered to be the centerpiece of the Acacia Avenues Project.
