Disclosure of Abyaar on court ruling

Abyaar Real Estate Development Company announced the issuance of elementary judicial ruling issued by the Kuwaiti courts may result in increasing the financial obligations of the company up to the amount of KD 220,000, where the judgment in favor of a foreign company a total amount of 5,940,816 AED equivalent to 495,969 dinars and the company will resume the referee during the period legal, as the company's existing records include part of this amount and the other part for an associate.
