Disclosure of financial settlement for the benefit of local company

Abyaar Real Estate Development Company announced that it had already reached a financial settlement total of  Kuwaiti dinars 1,951,346,  to one of the local kuwaiti companies which contains the company's obligation to pay the amount in quarterly installments .

Abyaar announced that the settlement included a payment of a total amount of Kuwaiti dinars 1,286,208 to one of the local kuwaiti companies and the remaining amount of 665,138.576 KD was restructured through real estate settlement  in a distinctive projects in Dubai.
